Villa Flora
Nueva Andalucía, Málaga

Introducing Villa Flora - a classic Andalusian property offering a special ambiance and unique feel. The property is located in the popular area of Las Brisas, Nueva Andalucia, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The elevated plot boasts privacy and great views over the golf valley, and the mountain of La Concha.

On entering, you will be stunned at the hand carved stone flooring and the wide staircase, from which you can access the upper level of the home or the main living area.

Go up the stairs to find two bedrooms, both of which have their own bathroom. Both bedrooms also give access to spacious terraces with enviable views. On this floor there is also a home office with a terrace and seating area. You will notice the high-quality materials and finishing throughout the home, including natural stones, woods and metals complimenting each other.

On the main level, you will find a generous open-plan living area which includes the kitchen, breakfast area, dining area and formal living room. The space is vast and is perfect for entertaining or just for the family to enjoy. From here, through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you will find a covered terrace area with seating area. There is also a third bedroom with ensuite on this floor, plus a guest washroom.

Taking the stairs down to the lower level will bring you to two more large ensuite bedrooms with direct access to your rear garden and an additional terrace area. There is also a large family and entertainment area with pool table and recessed bar. This floor also houses your laundry and utility area neatly hidden away.

The garden area completes this stunning property, beautifully landscaped with a large pool at the centre, with built in water-seating, a pool-house, and alfresco dining area with BBQ.
