Andalucia saw a large increase in sales<\/p><\/div>\n

In September, there were 177,901 property transfers listed in the property registers.<\/strong> This is 15.9% more than in the same month of 2020.<\/p>\n

In the case of registered property sales, the number is 102,561, an annual increase of 29.3%.<\/p>\n

87.5% of the sales registered in September correspond to urban properties and 12.5% were rustic properties. In the case of urban property, 59.5% are sales of residential<\/strong> properties.<\/p>\n

The number of sales of rustic properties increased 0.2% in September on the annual rate and that of urban properties 35.0%. Within the latter, sales of residential property registered an annual increase of 40.6%. When compared to August 2021, the increase is 7.1%<\/strong>, according to the latest data from the INE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

20.5% of the homes transferred by sale in September are new and 79.5% were second-hand<\/strong> properties. The number of sales of new homes increased by 30.1% compared to September 2020 and that of used homes by 43.6%.<\/p>\n

Results by Autonomous Communities<\/h3>\n

In September, the total number of transmitted properties registered in the property registers per 100,000 inhabitants reached its highest values in Castilla y Le\u00f3n (753), La Rioja (737) and Cantabria (665).<\/p>\n

The Basque Country (34.3%), Cantabria (29.7%) and the Balearic Islands (28.7%) registered the highest annual variation rates.<\/p>\n

Comunidad Foral de Navarra (\u201314.3%), Principado de Asturias (\u20131.3%) and Extremadura (\u20131.0%) presented the lowest annual rates.<\/p>\n

In terms of registered home sales, the communities with the highest number of transfers per 100,000 inhabitants are Comunitat Valenciana (190), Andaluc\u00eda (177)<\/strong> and Regi\u00f3n de Murcia (161).<\/p>\n

The Autonomous Communities with the highest annual increases in the number of home sales in September were Comunidad Foral de Navarra (68.3%), Pa\u00eds Vasco (55.9%) and Andaluc\u00eda (54.9%). Andaluc\u00eda<\/a> saw more home sales<\/strong> than all the other communities in September, reaching 11,843 sales.<\/p>\n

The only community with a negative variation rate is Extremadura (\u20132.4%). Principado de Asturias (1.4%) and Regi\u00f3n de Murcia (19.7%) registered the lowest increases.<\/p>\n\t
