Modern Villas under construction in Marbella
Sitting between Marbella and Estepona in the quiet residential area of El Paraiso, you will find a development of 18 modern villas currently under construction.
The properties have been designed by renowned architect Pedro Iraburu Elizalde and although each of the villas follow a similar style of contemporary design, they are all unique.
Set in their own private garden, each with a private pool, the villas come in a number of sizes ranging from 370m2 to 450m2. All villas also have considerable terraces and a private garden area.
Villa Design
The first phase of the development includes three types of villa: Type B, Type C and Type D.
The largest of these is Type B – a four-bedroom villa offering up to 450m2 of internal space with an additional 120m2 terrace. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with high-ceilings to make the most of the natural light, a guest bathroom and guest bedroom, and two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. A large open plan living area, dining space and kitchen finish off the ground floor, while a wall of sliding doors leads you out to the terrace and a decked pool area.
Upstairs is the master bedroom suite which also provides access to the private roof terrace. Type B Villas are priced starting from €1.4 million.
The smallest of the villas are Type C – also four bedrooms but slightly smaller at circa 370m2 internal space but also with a considerable terrace of 200m2.
The ground floor is home to a double guest bedroom with bathroom, along with a living area, dining area and kitchen, furnished with the latest modern appliances.
Upstairs to the first floor you will find two further double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with his and hers walk-in wardrobes and access to a wrap-around terrace
Type C Villas start from €1.25 million.
Finally, in phase one are the Type D Villas – also four bedrooms and with 380m2, slightly less than Type B and slightly more than Type C. Type D Villas also come with substantial terrace area of 210m2 and a decked pool area.
As a slight adaptation of the Type C villas, the interior is similar. On the ground floor you will find one double bedroom along with a living/dining area and kitchen. Upstairs are a further three bedrooms (two double and one master), all with en-suite bathrooms. As with Type C the master suite also comes with his and hers walk-in wardrobes.
Type D Villas are priced starting from €1.2 million.

All of the villa types come with considerable space downstairs which could be used as a gym, cinema room or an additional guest suite.
